How to pair the MPG PremierPlay Wireless Earbuds?

My MPG PremierPlay Earbuds has no sound at all when taken out from case.
Do the top of the earbuds blinking? Please remove the light blue transparent stickers on new earbuds in order for you to charge it. Please pair it to your smartphone as well as per below.
My MPG Premier Play Earbuds case showed 100%, but the earbuds unable to hold charge at all.
Please remove the light blue transparent stickers located on the 2 earbuds charging port ( turn the earbuds upside down and you will see it). Once you remove it, put back both earbuds into the case and let it charged. You should be able to charge it now.
I'm unable to pair my MPG Premier Play Earbuds
During the first time, you will need to pair it with your smartphone. 1st step is to take out both earbuds simultaneously from the case and insert it to your ear. Once done, go to your bluetooth setting and click search for MPG PremierPlay. Then click connect and it will pair automatically and a sound Connected will be played.

What are the support language for MPG Premier Watch 5.0?
The smartwatch support Chinese, English, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Italian, Polish, Vietnamese language.
Can be the time and date be adjusted?
Yes. However, you can only do it through your smartphone connected to smartwatch and it'll sync automatically. There is no option to adjust it in smartphone itself.
What is the minimum requirement for MPG Premier Watch 5.0 smartphone app?
MPG Premier Watch 5.0 Apps (FitCloudPro) can be installed on Android 4.4 or above and IOS8.2 or above.
